WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 2–4 years of experience in at least one of the following: Implementation of WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP: Whatfix, Pendo, Userlane, etc.), or
- Advanced configuration of SaaS tools (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, internal web applications).
- Proven experience working with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into guided digital solutions.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, user-oriented content (on-screen messages, instructions, guidance texts).
- Basic analytics skills (reading dashboards, understanding usage KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities).
- Intermediate–advanced English level, comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, strong collaboration mindset, and a user-experience orientation.
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience specifically with WalkMe (previous projects or certifications).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience in Change Management or Digital Adoption projects in corporate environments.
- Functional knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP Ariba) or other key enterprise applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design, configure, and maintain guided experiences in WalkMe : Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other digital adoption assets.
- Collaborate with business areas, IT, and Change Management to identify critical processes and use cases where WalkMe can bring high value.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive guided flows within applications such as SAP and other corporate tools.
- Write and continuously optimize WalkMe content (texts, messages, instructions), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the corporate tone of voice.
- Perform functional testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deployments across different environments.
- Monitor usage and adoption metrics (completion rates, drop-offs, interactions) and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
- Create and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines to support scalability and reuse of WalkMe solutions.
- Coordinate with external providers when needed, ensuring alignment with the internal digital adoption strategy and reducing over-dependence on third parties.
