Key Responsibilities:\nCreate and process purchase orders for multiple ongoing projects\nMonitor order status, follow up proactively, and ensure on-time delivery\nResolve purchasing discrepancies and supplier inquiries in a timely manner\nMaintain effective communication with internal departments (IT, Project Execution, Finance) and external vendors\nManage U.S. service renewals\nAccurately maintain and update data in Salesforce

Requirements: FP (Vocational Training) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Purchasing, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within technical environments (IT, engineering, renewable energy, or industrial projects)

Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach and full ownership of tasks Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and urgent requests Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
