Overview:Element Seville has an exciting opportunity for a **HR Business Partner** to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a General Testing, Inspection and Certification business. This HRBP will drive the people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans, acting as a single point of contact for managers and colleagues in the business unit. This role will be based in Seville with a flexible work offer.**Responsibilities**:**Purpose of the Position**:The HRBP will partner with the HRD to provide strong leadership in the execution of high quality, consistent Element People processes including recruiting & on-boarding, performance management, organisation & talent development, compensation planning & reviews, and workforce planning for the Seville laboratory. The HRBP will be supporting a positive change management culture in alignment with the overall Element customer-centric strategy.**Responsibilities**:- Partners with the General Manager and their teams to provide HR direction, and pragmatic solutions- Support building high-performing teams, and infuse a culture of career and leadership development across the laboratory- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement programs to ensure ongoing improvements.- Provide coaching and mentoring to all leaders- Grows the talent pool by hiring and retaining top talent- Establish and execute talent development cycle and plans. Support the implementation of the LMS and related development programs- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices- Maintain the HR database ensuring data accuracy/integrity- Manage employee programs, including all change activity to ensure compliance with HR processes, policies and practices- Ensure employee compensation competitiveness in internal as well as external market- Ensuring legal compliance, leading all collective bargaining negotiationsSkills / Qualifications:- Master in Human Resource Management or related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience- 3-4 years experience delivering an HRBP role- Work Counsel experience essential, ie.
