In this role you will drive the flight line delivery for the A400M, ensuring build process adherence and performance tracking. You will guide foremen to balance resources across shifts and strengthen information flow for continuous workshop operations. You will unblock production issues to meet the daily plan and lead daily aircraft planning meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. You will monitor KPIs, manage industrial risks, and support continuous improvement and operational excellence within the station.

• Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the area
• Monitor KPIs, address deviations, identify major industrial risks
• Contribute to definition of industrial plan and corrective actions
• Support foreman, HO of Station and HO of FL/DC
Responsabilidades
• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Experience: at least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering
• Languages: Advanced xpzdshu English
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of A400M architecture and manufacturing IT tools (SAP, SIPLA, TLB); Office proficiency
• Soft skills: High adaptability, problem solving
• Nice to have: experience managing teams and risk management
