Own the full sales cycle from origination to closingBuild, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of e-commerce and digital merchant opportunitiesIdentify and win new business across target markets and verticalsStructure, negotiate, and close commercial agreements in line with internal compliance and risk requirementsPosition and sell tailored payment solutions including acquiring setups, APMs, and alternative payment flowsWork closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and executionBuild long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholdersTrack market developments and identify new commercial opportunitiesRepresent Daopay in client meetings, negotiations and industry events Your Profile:

4+ years of proven success in Sales or Business Development within payments, acquiring, fintechProven track record in closing and managing complex commercial deals and generating revenueSolid understanding of e-commerce, acquiring, alternative payment methods, and the wider payments ecosystemExperience working within or alongside regulated environmentsHighly self-driven, commercially sharp, and confident in owning targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAmbitious mindset to build xugodme independently, not just to maintain and taking ownership of resultsExisting merchant relationships or a transferable portfolio would be a strong advantageFluent in English, additional languages are a plus What We Offer:
