An expanding international hotel group needs to hire a Housekeeping Manager for its hotel complex located in Mallorca, reporting directly to the Room Division Manager and Hotel Management.
Its main functions will be:
- Ensure adequate daily cleaning of rooms, public areas, meeting rooms and VIP rooms.
- Supervise that the supply of clean linen is adequate, as well as its good condition.
- Guarantee the availability of cleaning products.
- Regularly check the rooms so that repairs, remodeling and maintenance are carried out.
- Supervise all the work teams of the department, ensuring its efficient management: promoting a good atmosphere, punctuality, neatness in the uniform and personal appearance, as well as friendly, courteous and professional service.
- Collaborate in the recruitment and training of the housekeeping team.
- Carry out performance evaluation of all employees at the end of the season.
- Cost control and budget management of the department.

Estudios mínimos
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism would be a plus.
Experiência mínima
- Minimum 5 years developing the functions described in 5* or 5*GL hotels.
