We are seeking a
Product Sales Specialist
who will be responsible for account management towards Medit dealers and distributors across the region. This role demands the ability to travel frequently to dealers and distributors and be comfortable talking to small groups of people in person. As part of Medit’s Commerce Division, you will be crucial to Medit’s effort to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, KOLs, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and DSO networks in the region.
What You’ll Do
Product Sales Specialist in the field of commercial service in the region
Building an account structure, expanding sales channels, and implementing strategies to expand market shares in the short and long-term
Sales activities to develop sales in the assigned region further
Carrying out sales events and product demos at customers' sites and internal company exhibitions
Expansion and further development of existing customers
Develop and maintain current knowledge of the dental market and monitor competitive activity
Close collaboration with all functions, such as Sales Managers, Marketing and Logistics
Consistent documentation of all activities in the CRM system
What You Bring
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the dental/healthcare industry
Experience in selling digital solutions to dental practices and dental laboratories
Available for regular business trips
A clear understanding of customer needs, solid relationship-building skills, handling complex situations, and servicing challenging accounts
Experience in distributor management is a plus
Strong anticipation and negotiation skills
Hands-on mentality and service orientation
Results-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office programs and CRM experience
Good English language skills, both spoken and written
Enjoy working in a team, particularly in a cross-functional team environment
