POSITION OVERVIEW
Mews is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Regional Marketing Executive for (REGION). Executes regional marketing programs for one territory as key support of the GTM team in-market. Runs smaller events/webinars and localized activations, supports "key city" focus, and contributes to pipeline/ MQL outcomes through disciplined execution and reporting.
You must have strong business acumen and operational aptitude, exceptional people and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Mewsers of all levels. You should have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort addressing broad-reaching and ambiguous questions.
This role is very visible in the organisation and will have significant room for growth. Mews offers flexible work locations, with the ability to work remotely or make use of Mews offices in London, Sweden or Amsterdam. Some travel will be required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with regional teams and business leaders, supporting the needs of their territory and executing regional marketing strategies
* Become an expert in the challenges of strategic accounts and specific regions, identifying key relationships to support campaigns and events
* Conduct market research to understand regional and account opportunities
* Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to create and execute a lead generation plan that delivers inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth to hit MQL targets
* Maintain a consistent brand strategy, messaging and tone throughout all materials and communications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams when creating new and updating existing materials, presentations and/or preparing for events and tradeshows, including translation and transcreation
* Communicate with and educate the GTM Team about new and planned marketing activities for your region
* Support joint partner marketing activities
* Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, with data-led tools that effectively measure outcomes
* Partner with Sales (AEs/BDRs/Sales Managers) to align targeting, invitations, and follow‐up motions
* Maintain campaign hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce; ensure accurate tracking and attribution inputs
* Support partner/co‐marketing touchpoints in‐region (coordination and logistics)
* Contribute to quarterly planning updates by sharing learnings and performance signals
* Track costs against agreed budgets and flag risks early
REQUIRED SKILLS
Hospitality, tech or B2B experience
1–3+ years in B2B marketing (field/events/demand) to include event planning experience and marketing experience in a technology or hospitality company
Driven by metrics that can demonstrate success and ROI based on budget and company/team KPIs
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
Expert at time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Openness to work in a high‐performing international team with positivity and accountability
