Job Responsibilities
* Manage all logistic operations, including all logistic assets, to ensure timely and cost-effective spare part availability for all brands, considering various influencing factors.
* Monitor operational parts procurement and pre-processes such as quality approval, packaging/load carrier, and purchasing.
* Ensure correct master data parametrization for accurate forecasting and order placement.
* Act as Key Account Manager for your own portfolio of suppliers, as well as for internal and external, direct and indirect stakeholders.
* Manage critical parts for urgent cases.
* Implement preventive risk management and steering.
* Initiate and perform cross-site demand and capacity management by participating in demand and capacity meetings.
* Collaborate closely with senior management and supplier developers in bottleneck situations, leading steering and moderation meetings with suppliers in escalation mode.
Qualifications
* University degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
* Negotiation skills, particularly at the initial stage with suppliers.
* At least 2 years of experience in supply chain activities.
* Conflict resolution and analytical skills.
* Resilience and flexibility beyond standard processes.
* Detailed knowledge of logistics and technical aspects.
* Ability to work independently with a strong team orientation.
* Fluent business English skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in German is preferable.
* Skills in MS Office and familiarity with IT systems like SAP.
* High social competence.
