Responsabilities
- Configuration of RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with Nokia hardware (RRUs, Basebands).
- Troubleshooting of RAN configuration.
- Pre/Postchecks (alarms, KPIs, backups and connectivity).
- TX adjustment.
- Scripting generation.
- Neighbor Relations Handling in eNodeB, BSC and RNC involved.
- On-Air phase.
- CleanUp nodes.
- Redefinition in OSS.
Technical Skills (MUST‑HAVE)
- 5 years or more RAN engineering experience.
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent study with a RAN engineering experience.
- Good understanding about 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio Access Network nodes in Nokia.
- Deep knowledge about Nokia network configuration with proven practice experience.
