Senior HR Business Partner
to lead a major transformation programme—shaping our Target Operating Model and embedding our location strategy by relocating senior leadership roles to
Gibraltar. This is a rare opportunity to
live and work abroad for a year, driving high-impact change in a fast-paced, international business.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the people and change agenda for a large-scale organisational redesign.Drive the relocation and integration of senior roles into Gibraltar—balancing pace, compliance, and employee experience.Partner with senior stakeholders to embed high performance and cultural alignment.Use data and insight to influence decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
