Position Details
Join a professional, friendly team environment and develop your skills as a chef de Partie. We collaborate with a network of 4- and 5-star hotels located in the stunning Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).
Your main functions will include:
* Preparing menus collaboratively with your team.
* Ensuring sufficient supplies at cooking stations.
* Maintaining high standards of health and hygiene.
* Fostering a smooth, friendly, and cooperative environment.
* Collaborating with the Chef and/or Sous Chef on activities.
* Displaying professional competence and focusing on service quality.
* Planning daily operations and managing stock orders.
What we offer:
* Employment at one of our 4- or 5-star hotels.
* Contract types: seasonal or permanent, depending on the hotel.
* Minimum of 48 hours per week, working 6 days; winter season may increase hours to 54.
* Net salary with 13 or 14 payments per year.
* Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Minimum requirements:
* European nationality or passport is mandatory.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
* Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
* Intermediate level of English (B1+).

You will be responsible for airfare. European citizens with European passports are eligible.
