Start Date: To be confirmed.
Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience).
Leave: 2:2 rotation.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Purser on large yachts (100m+).
* Relevant Purser certifications and experience on yachts of similar size.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Other:
* Duties Include:
* Overseeing all administrative functions onboard.
* Managing budgets, accounts, and inventory systems.
* Handling crew documentation, contracts, and payroll.
* Coordinating with the family and crew to ensure smooth operations.
* Managing guest itineraries, customs, and port clearances.
* Collaborating closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency.
