English plus one regional language (Spanish or Italian)

This is a foundational role, responsible for establishing the commercial groundwork to enable scale and long-term success.
Define target customers, pricing, sales channels, and partner networks
Turn local market insights into practical actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Business Development & Sales
Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline
Market Research & Insights
Provide actionable insights to guide regional and global strategy
Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel roles in hardware, systems, or technology solutions. Focus on commercial markets, not B2C
Experience in EV charging is preferred, or in adjacent industries such as renewables, solar, or energy management
Experience in building a business, client base, or market from scratch
Experience in B2B sales to distributors, installers, utilities, mobility providers, and commercial or industrial clients
Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Spanish or Italian)
