Overview
As a Customer Support, your role is to enhance our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will empower our sales force to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will report to BLM Spain.
Responsibilities
Administrative and logistic support to BLMs, sales force and customers.
Ensuring our customer databases are up-to-date and managing order processing seamlessly.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing order updates to build lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and distribute order confirmation, invoices and other relevant documents.
Address challenges efficiently through effective communication and problem‐solving skills, ensuring a smooth and hassle‐free sales process.
Manage the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues that arise to facilitate smooth transactions.
Contact factories and distribution centres to obtain certificates of origin required for exporting.
Handle exporting orders with factories and arrange export inspections to ensure compliance and successful exportation.
Qualifications

After Sales Support: you deliver excellent post‐purchase support, maintaining customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Detail‐Oriented: you exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from documentation to communication.
Good level of SAP Knowledge.
Strong competence in digital tools.
Good level of English.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‐site at our office in Coslada in Madrid, Spain.
