This includes "on the job experiences", extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Graduate Expert Mechanical EngineerSome of the tasks you will be responsible for are:Be in charge of defining and monitoring all maintenance activities for the mechanical equipment under his/her responsibility: corrective, preventive & predictive, shutdown planning, creation of work instructions, verification of spare parts.For these activities they will have to handle a team of skilled mechanical fitters or supervise external specialized contracted services.To develop activities and proposals for continuous improvement in facilities and work methods that ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of plant mechanical equipment.Lead the detailed analysis of breakdowns and recurring mechanical problems in the plant. All the activities must be carried out in compliance with plant HS&E standards, policies and procedures.Provide a high level of technical support to the plant in at least the following mechanical systems:-Rotating equipment associated with the paper production process: Rollers, Centrifugal pumps, Reducers, Couplings...-Analysis of vibrations, alignment and lubrication in rotating equipment.-Pneumatic and oil hydraulic installations. Crane bridges.-PCI systemsIt will be valued:Eminently practical attitude towards mechanical equipment.Knowledge of specific machinery for the paper processBasic knowledge in the use of a CMMS system for maintenance management.
