We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will take full accountability for shaping and delivering a critical IT vendor consolidation program for a global client. This position involves managing the transition of high-complexity legacy systems into an EPAM-managed engagement, ensuring service continuity, and driving delivery excellence. The role requires a strong combination of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and deep understanding of complex technical landscapes.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery for the Product Platform, including scope, planning, and quality for Wave 1 (Canopy + CoreDB) and subsequent wavesLead scoping sessions and translate business needs into Statements of Work, resource models, and delivery plansAct as the primary EPAM contact for key client stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationshipsIdentify, escalate, and mitigate transition risks related to legacy complexity and inter-system dependenciesBuild and manage distributed EPAM delivery teams and maintain delivery cadence across locationsEnsure zero disruption during transition by overseeing knowledge transfer from incumbent suppliers and SMEsReport delivery status through governance forums, risk registers, and steering committee packsApply AI-assisted development and documentation practices to drive efficiencies and qualityRequirements7+ years in IT delivery or program management, with at least 3 years in a managed service or vendor transition modelProven experience in legacy system transitions with high continuity riskAbility to define and manage SOWs, deliverables, and change control processesStrong technical fluency to engage in conversations about Angular, Kafka, Oracle/PL-SQL, and .NET deliveryDemonstrated ability to manage client relationships across all levels of seniorityStrong risk management and governance experience, including RAG-based reporting and steering packsFluent English; Spanish language skills are a plusExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage distributed teams in dynamic environmentsNice to haveExperience with IT vendor consolidation or supplier transition programsDomain knowledge in life sciences, manufacturing, or chemicalsFamiliarity with EPAM delivery standards and AI-driven SDLC practicesExposure to regulatory or compliance application delivery contextsWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
