Job Description
We are seeking a Hebrew-speaking team member for the role of Project Coordinator within our EMEA Operations team. You will report to the EMEA Professional Services Team Leader and collaborate with Project Managers across regions, supporting all project-related tasks. Your proficiency in Hebrew will enable you to focus on our business operations in Israel. Responsibilities include order processing, purchasing, inventory management, import/export operations, VAT compliance, and more. Effective communication and collaboration with internal partners are essential.
This role is hybrid, with work at the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Your Responsibilities
* Correctly booking orders into our business systems
* Purchasing materials and external labor, tracking deliveries
* Controlling internal costs and margins
* Creating invoices and managing discrepancies
* Ensuring project completion according to forecast and internal policies
* Collaborating with internal departments for successful project delivery
The Essentials - You Will Have
* Proficiency in English and Hebrew
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365
* Experience managing complex information and multiple partners
* An interest in understanding organizational interactions
* Focus on priorities and resource management
* Ability to navigate challenges while respecting company culture
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
* 1+ years of experience with IFS or SAP systems
* Accountability for ethical, legal, and security actions
* Ability to embrace change and adapt roles as needed
* Valued personal qualities and academic qualifications
