**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers using or transitioning to recycled plastic materials.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Spain and rest of Europe.
- Present and promote the company’s range of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable growth targets.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).
- **3+ years of B2B sales experience** in plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials.
- Strong understanding of the **plastic manufacturing process, recycled plastics industry** and material specifications.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (additional European languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel regionally across Europe.
