Sales growth consultant with dutch

- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain consistent daily activity.- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects.- Present and explain solutions tailored to client needs.- Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, and connect with C-level decision makers.- Analyze client challenges, gather requirements, and match them with Google Cloud solutions.- Keep CRM data updated with leads, contacts, and opportunities.- Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth.- Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders.RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.- Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT.- Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.- Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions.- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.- Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment.- Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently.Preferred Profile- At least one year of IT outbound sales experience.- Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios.- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.- Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.- Goal-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient personality.- Knowledge of local market and business environment.- Valued competencies: process excellence, collaboration, communication, emotional intelligence, open-mindedness, critical thinking, solution orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.Benefits- Full-time permanent contract (39h/week, Monday to Friday).- Hybrid work model in Barcelona.- Referral program with attractive rewards.- Relocation support.- Continuous coaching and professional development.- Clear career path within the project.- Regular contests and motivational activities.- Excellent work environment with international colleagues.
