JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Position Objectives
As Junior Business Coordinator you are based in the hub of Madrid – Alcalá 544 –, Spain, reporting to the Business Coordinator, who is currently located at the Straumann HQ offices in Basel (Switzerland). In this newly created position, you will be supporting the Business Coordinator of the CCS Lead Team as well as the teams located in Madrid, Mendaro and Basel. As Junior Business Coordinator you will embody the main support function for the local teams in Spain, provide ad-hoc support to other teams in the global scope of CCS and in close collaboration with the Business Coordinator in Basel you will immerse in the world of CCS and take on a crucial role in an internationally operating business unit with the focus on digitalization.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
1. Office management and administrative support (e.g. business travel, expense support, documentation & structure, internal community)
2. Planning and organization of internal events and meetings (e.g. Madrid and San Sebastian, support for Basel)
3. Assist in the organization of external meetings (e.g. events, workshops, seminars; across sites)
4. Project management including project reporting
5. Facilitation support of international Miro workshops
Your profile:
6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
7. 1-2 years of work experience or internships
8. Project management, ideally certified
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
10. Fluent in English and Spanish; preferably basic knowledge in German and Portuguese; any other, additional language is an advantage
11. You are a supportive, open-minded, cooperative team player with a proactive mindset and a pragmatic, attentive can-do attitude
12. Travel percentage 0-20%
