We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our client growing sales team in Barcelona and play a key role in driving our pipeline and revenue growth.
As an SDR, you'll be the first human touchpoint for many of our prospects — engaging, qualifying, and setting up high-quality opportunities for our Account Managers.
What you'll do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, digital channels)
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website enquiries
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify prospects using BANT or MEDDICC
- Book discovery calls, demos, and intro meetings for Account Managers
- Clearly communicate our value proposition
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce & SalesLoft
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development
- Experience in SaaS / technology / IT services is a strong plus
- Fluent or native German (mandatory)
- Professional working proficiency in English xugodme
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Resilient, coachable, and highly organised
Location & working model
- Barcelona-based (Hybrid)
- 2 days per week in the office, remaining days remote
