As a Project Manager at Flowserve, you will lead project execution from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, cost, and risk. You will foster strong customer relationships and ensure alignment with technical specifications and terms. The role emphasizes proactive communication, change management, and delivering safe, on-time results that satisfy stakeholders. • Own end-to-end project execution including safety, performance, and results.
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure mutual success.
• Ensure a clean order before work starts and manage scope and cost via change control.
• Coordinate matrix-reporting and project communications across stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project spending and milestones; escalate issues per process.
• Provide regular status updates and address customer escalation scenarios.
• Apply program/project management experience in seals & systems, pumps and valves.
• Resolve warranty issues with a customer-satisfaction approach.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and facilitate meetings/workshops.
