Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties
The Team Lea­der Main­ten­an­ce orga­ni­zes, plans, and super­vi­ses pre­ven­ti­ve and cor­rec­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce acti­vi­ties, ensu­res equip­ment per­for­mance and relia­bi­li­ty, mana­ge bud­get and invest­ment pro­jects, leads­main­ten­an­ce team, and ensu­res com­pli­ance with safe­ty and qua­li­ty stan­dards.
Plan main­ten­an­ce inter­ven­ti­ons accor­ding to pro­duc­tion sche­du­le
Moni­tor equip­ment sta­tus and respect plan­ned main­ten­an­ce
Coor­di­na­te pre­ven­ti­ve and cor­rec­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce of pro­duc­tion equip­ment – Opti­mi­ze equip­ment per­for­mance and pre­vent fail­ures
Pro­po­se rene­wal and invest­ment pro­jects
Par­ti­ci­pa­te in indus­tri­al pro­jects and acqui­si­ti­on of new machi­nes
Con­tri­bu­te to deve­lo­p­ment and moni­to­ring of main­ten­an­ce action plan and bud­get
Mana­ge, train, eva­lua­te, and moti­va­te the team
Wri­te and vali­da­te tech­ni­cal spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons
Ensu­re com­pli­ance with safe­ty, qua­li­ty, and inter­nal pro­ce­du­res
Ensu­re moni­to­ring, report­ing, and sha­ring of relia­ble infor­ma­ti­on with teams
Your Pro­fi­le
Mini­mum of 4 to 5 years of senio­ri­ty
Mas­ter in Indus­tri­al Main­ten­an­ce, Mecha­nics, Elec­tro­me­cha­nics, or equi­va­lent
Expe­ri­ence in lea­ding employees and abili­ty to moti­va­te peo­p­le
Good Eng­lish and French Skills (writ­ten and spo­ken)
Strong orga­niza­tio­nal and time-manage­ment skills
Strong team spi­rit, excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and inter­per­so­nal skills
Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
Strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty, rigor, and atten­ti­on to detail
