Working closely with managers in Iberia Sales, local Marketing, and our Global Shared Service Centre, you will help ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience. /pulliAct as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations topics. /liliSupport the management of employee relations cases, including performance management, probation reviews, conflict situations, sickness and attendance matters, and disciplinary processes, with guidance from senior HR colleagues. /liliEnsure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and compliance with internal procedures and Spanish and Portuguese labour regulations. /liliSupport managers in preparing for sensitive conversations by providing guidance, context, and recommended approaches. /liliPartner closely with HR Service Delivery to deliver a consistent and compliant employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. /liliManage communications and interactions with Works Councils. /liliProvide day-to-day HR guidance on performance expectations, goal setting, development planning, and compensation-related topics. /liliSupport organisational changes and team adjustments in collaboration with managers and senior HR stakeholders. /liliContribute to streamlining HR processes and updating templates, workflows, and documentation. /liliCoordinate with HR Service Delivery on onboarding and offboarding, contract changes, and leaves of absence. /liliSupport local and global engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans with the business. /liliAct as a culture ambassador, embedding the values in everyday interactions. /liliSupport leaders and teams in fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable work environment by promoting EDI principles and addressing non-inclusive behaviours. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWho you are: /strong /ppstrongYou Must Meet These Critical Qualifications /strong /pulliYou bring a minimum of five years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent generalist role. /liliYou are fluent in Spanish and English (C1+). /liliYou have an educational background in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. /liliYou have strong knowledge of Spanish labour law; exposure to Portuguese labour law is a plus. /liliYou have proven experience managing employee relations topics in complex or fast-paced environments. /liliYou are a confident and credible communicator who builds trust easily and enjoys partnering with managers across different functions and cultural contexts. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYou Can Impress With These Additions /strong /pulliPrior experience in HR Operations or Service Delivery environments. /liliPortuguese language skills. /liliExposure to tech, professional services, retail, or field-based organizations undergoing change or growth. /liliExperience supporting organizational changes or departmental reorganizations. /liliA naturally curious mindset with a genuine interest in employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement. /liliA proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer you: /strong /p
