**What will you do? Your role highlights**
- You will design robust, scalable, and secure AI/GenAI solution architectures.
- You will translate business requirements into efficient technical designs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- You will evaluate and select AI technologies and frameworks, including LLM platforms, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- You will define MLOps and DataOps strategies, ensuring model operationalization in production with governance, control, and scalability.
- You will integrate AI solutions into existing technology ecosystems, including microservices-based architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- You will promote best practices in security, ethics, and compliance in the development and deployment of AI solutions (Explainability, Fairness, Data Privacy).
- You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- You will advise clients and business areas, effectively communicating the value, scope, and risks of proposed solutions.
- You will participate in presales and bidding processes, defining technical proposals and solution strategies.

- **Studies**: Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- **Languages**: You are fluent in in Spanish and English. Other languages are valued.
- **Experience**: Over 8 years of experience in software solution development and design, with at least 3 years leading AI and GenAI solution architectures.
- Strong background in platform and distributed systems architecture, especially in Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Participation in end-to-end projects, from solution and architecture definition to delivery and industrialization of AI systems in production.
- Experience in defining AI adoption strategies aligned with business needs and corporate architecture frameworks.
- Desirable: leadership of AI innovation projects, including discovery, prototyping, and scaling to production phases.
- Valued certification:

- **Cloud Architecture**: AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- **AI/ML Certifications**: TensorFlow Developer, IBM AI Engineering, Microsoft AI Engineer Associate.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive person.
- Fast learner and adaptability to change.
