Job Description: Assembler II The Assembler II will be responsible for assembling and testing components to create finished products. You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process. Responsibilities include:
Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, technical drawings, and schematics
Preparing and assembling components to create finished products
Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Identifying and reporting issues or defects in the production process
Qualifications and Skills Experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing
Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions; basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Attention to detail and maintaining high precision and accuracy
Desired Attributes Action-oriented, energetic, and willing to take on challenging tasks
Collaborative team player, seeking input and including others in decision-making
