Job Description Position: Global Manager – HR Business Partner
Position Reports to : Global Director – Human Resources Operations & Supply Chain
Region: Global (EMEA Based)
The Global Manager, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic HR leader and key advisor to both global and regional business teams.
This role partners closely with the Global Supply organization and Madrid factory to drive organizational performance, talent development, coordinate payroll, and employee engagement, based in Madrid.
This position plays a pivotal role in aligning global people strategies with business priorities, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and agile culture.
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to local and global leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
Shape and deliver HR initiatives that enable organizational growth and transformation.
Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
Organizational Development & Change Management
Lead global transformation initiatives and drive adoption across regions.
Foster communication and engagement that build a unified, high-performance culture.
Talent, Performance & Development
Lead talent acquisition and performance management processes to ensure fairness and consistency.
Partner with L&D to enhance leadership and functional capabilities and embed continuous feedback.
Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations
Represent HR in Works Council and Health & Safety Committee meetings; Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health, and safety standards.
HR Operations, Data & COE Collaboration
Partner with HR COEs and Shared Services to deploy consistent global HR frameworks.
Manage employee data accuracy in HRIS (MSD, Vena); support compensation and workforce planning processes.
Leverage HR dashboards and analytics to inform strategic decisions; champion HR digitalization and AI adoption.
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational or matrix environment.
Deep expertise in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST (additional languages a plus).
Combines strong business acumen with strategic agility.
Uses data and insight to inform decisions and drive performance.
