To make agreements with the customer under the right commercial conditions. Providing technical support for product samples and trials. Participating in workshops and studies to understand the needs on site by making customer visits. Establishing strong relationships with customer technical teams. To conduct feasibility studies of samples requested by the customer in line with their demands. To manage the sample preparation process that will produce products in accordance with the customer's technical specifications. Conducting quality tests included in the customer technical specifications and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders, planning remedial activities. To manage product complaints effectively, ensure coordination between relevant units and decide on the best way to resolve the problem. Initiating and/or contributing to teamwork to identify and resolve root causes of recurring product quality complaints and quality problems. To create new customers and develop the existing customers. To follow up the delivery of Customer Orders at the promised level and quality, to contribute to teamwork to identify and solve the root causes of deviations.
