Short Intro and About the Job
As part of the EVAI Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for Demand & Supply Planning for the Evian Export business in EVAI export countries, collaborating directly with local teams (Sales, Marketing & Finance) and the Export team based in Evian. You will report to the Zone & Subzones Director and functionally to the Export Demand & Supply Manager based in Evian.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Co-build our Sales Forecast
* Perform past sales analysis & define baseline
* Estimate the impact of Commercial & Marketing plans vs baseline
* Follow and improve forecast accuracy at country and regional levels
* Monitor and analyze shipment forecast accuracy
* Challenge depletions forecast
2 / Animate local forecast process (GPS)
* Conduct monthly meetings with Sales & Finance teams to review results and YTG forecast
* Align stakeholders on the most accurate figures
* Investigate and explain variations between latest forecast and business targets
3 / Supply Planning and Replenishment Management
* Manage replenishments to maintain adequate local inventory levels
* Define and maintain relevant local inventory policies
* Plan product switches and launches according to marketing plans
* Liaise with distributors for stock reports and process improvements
* Monitor stock variations and avoid OOS situations
* Update stock, forecast, and in-transit data weekly, explaining variations
* Communicate portfolio status and explain relevant information to partners
4 / Stock Management
* Liaise with distributors for stock reports and efficiency improvements
* Monitor stock variations to prevent OOS
* Provide updated stock information in internal systems
5 / Processes & Flow Mapping
* Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
* Analyze KPIs end-to-end
* Contribute to Route To Market improvements
6 / KPI Management
* Demand KPIs:
Forecast accuracy, bias
* Stock KPIs:
OOS rate, stock levels
* Customer service level in collaboration with the CS team
7 / Projects
* Improve Route To Market (RTM)
About You
You typically have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
