Tasks
* Analyze KPIs and implement measures to optimize your regions and achieve company OKRs.
* Be goal-driven and go above and beyond to hit targets.
* Contribute to market growth by finding new suppliers and researching new business opportunities.
* Manage relationships with key accounts, responsible for their operational and strategic development.
* Use phone as the main communication channel for high-level discussions with landlords.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best experience for landlords and customers.
* Represent Homelike at fairs and events to build the brand.
* Drive revenue in your region through B2B group bookings and onboarding partners.
Requirements
* Experience in sales and/or account management, ideally 1-2 years in tech or real estate industries.
* Passion for the industry and strong interest in property tech.
* Ambition to reach goals.
* Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Willingness to travel within the market.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
* Strong, professional communication skills.
* Business fluency in German and English.
