Your Mission
Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients — turning business goals into scalable advertising strategies and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full sales cycle: prospect -pitch - close
* Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients (outbound + inbound leads)Present tailored ad solutions (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)
* Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients
* Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance via Salesforce
* Collaborate with BDR teams to optimize lead quality
Requirements
* Languages: Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)
* Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management
* Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
* Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
Compensation
* Monthly: €2,200 – €2,600 gross + bonus
* Annual: €26,710 – €31,000 gross (base + up to €4,290 bonus)
