POur utilities client is seeking an experienced and strategic bSenior / Lead Technical Business Analyst /b to join their core Tech function. /ppbr/ppThis senior role will lead technical and functional business analysis + change management activities, ensuring corporate applications are fit for purpose, aligned to business strategy, and successfully adopted across the organisation. /ppbr/ppYou will manage a small team of BAs, guiding high-quality requirements definition, solution design, and continuous improvement across a complex application landscape. Working closely with senior stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering effective, well-governed technology change. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliLead and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring excellence in requirements discovery, documentation, and solution design /liliMaintain a holistic view of the application landscape, ensuring integration, alignment, and business fit /liliDesign and deliver robust change management strategies to drive adoption and minimise disruption /liliLead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training for system changes and new implementations /liliContribute to application procurement by assessing functional suitability and vendor capabilities /liliEnsure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices /liliAct as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or similar /liliFluent in English and Spanish /liliExtensive IT industry experience with a strong background in business analysis /liliProven leadership in requirements gathering and solution design for enterprise applications /liliStrong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project governance /liliExperience with ERP, CRM, data platforms, or custom business systems /liliAbility to interrogate data (SQL) or APIs (Postman), and / or do basic PoC work in Python /liliCertifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Change Management are desirable /li /ulpbr/ppbJob Specifics /b /ppbr/ppOnsite Working - Moncloa-Aravaca.
