Job Description
As the face of Hotelbeds to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships within a defined geographic area.
Responsibilities
* Lead the contracting process with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on signing competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
* Negotiate contract renewal conditions including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.
* Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability.
* Act as the primary contact for accommodation supplier vendors, maintaining excellent relationships.
* Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions.
* Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize income.

* Excellent analytical skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
* Proactive decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
* Experience working with upper management.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Determination and a winning attitude.
* Proven results in previous roles.
* Deep knowledge of the destination and suppliers, with at least 2 years of experience in that area.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination, is preferred.
Language Skills
* Fluent English (desirable) and regional language skills.
* Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
* Effective presentation skills in small group settings.
