About the Project
You will create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits. Think scattered data, conditional procedures, and genuine domain expertise required. You’ll build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version intended to train the agent to succeed with less hand‑holding. Real expert complexity only. You’re improving the AI tools you’ll eventually use yourself.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or related fields
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance (e.g., investment firms, banks, consulting, financial institutions, ministries). CFA or any related globally recognized qualification is an advantage
* Advanced (C1) or above level of English
* Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects, especially if your expertise has been used in real‑world or consulting contexts
* Familiarity with tools such as Excel (advanced), R, Python, MATLAB, SQL
* Ability to write clearly and professionally, including explaining complex tasks in simple, structured language
* Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources and produce accurate, coherent outputs
* Creativity in designing realistic and engaging examples, cases, or workflows based on domain knowledge
* Motivation to work with challenging, complex but well‑defined guidelines, learn new methods, and strengthen domain‑specific skills
* Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
* The role is fully remote, so you just need a laptop, reliable internet, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
