We are expanding our team at Alén Space and are looking for a Junior Project Manager with passion, talent, and experience to lead our Mission Control Center team and help shape the future of space technology.
What you will be doing
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Plan projects and monitor their progress.
3. Identify risks and potential obstacles in project development.
4. Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, track action items, address issues, and negotiate scope changes.
5. Coordinate meetings and milestone reviews with clients.
6. Coordinate the technical team from various areas to achieve project objectives.
7. Track project costs and timelines according to the project plan and internal processes.
8. Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team.
What we need in our team
* At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects.
* Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent English communication skills (C1 or equivalent).
Valuable knowledge
* Knowledge of PMI and agile methodologies.
* Academic background in engineering.
* Experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS standards.
* Familiarity with ISO9001 and similar quality standards.
* Experience in team management.
* Experience working with technical requirements.

* Ability to work remotely 60% of the time.
