3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are looking for an energetic and detailed oriented Accounting Specialist to support our amazing Finance team in the day to day tasks and undertake everything related to General Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, etc. This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager.Your mission within KantoxReporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and information related to all accountsAssisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepanciesResponsible for the daily bank statement reconciliation and give support in other account reconciliationsHelping with the Invoicing process:
