This role serves as a key link between external partners and internal teams to enhance and expand the platform’s game offering.Responsibilities Account ManagementAct as the primary liaison for assigned providers, overseeing all ongoing communicationsDevelop and nurture strong relationships across various organizational levelsEnsure alignment between provider deliverables and internal timelines and processesAdvocate for strategic advantages, including exclusive launches, improved commercial terms, and priority positioningGame Launch & CoordinationGather and manage all required assets for game launches (including files, images, descriptions, and compliance documentation)Coordinate closely with Platform, Content, Commercial, QA, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to execute timely and successful launchesValidate that all content complies with internal standards prior to releaseMonitor performance post-launch and proactively flag issues or anomaliesCross-Functional CollaborationMaintain accurate and up-to-date internal tools and trackers with relevant provider and game dataWork alongside Commercial Insights, Live Ops, and Platform teams to align on prioritiesIdentify potential blockers early and support teams in meeting operational deadlinesQualifications Required3+ years of experience in account management or partner-facing rolesExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilitiesProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsOrganized and responsible;
able to take initiativeand work with self-directionExperience within gaming, digital content, or entertainment industriesProfessional fluency in EnglishPreferredExperience as an account manager at a slot game supplier or slot game aggregatorBackground in social casino with sweepstakes, or online real money gamingFamiliarity with game integration workflows and technical specificationsExperience in content licensing and digital distributionUnderstanding of casino game mechanics and player behaviorDiversity Commitment :
