At Fluidra, we are on a mission to protect our assets, employees, and customers fromcyber threats. You will join a growing and dynamic global Cybersecurity team with a strong focus on innovarion, learning and continuous improvement.
You will have the chance to make a real impact by working on important projects with cutting-edge technology in a unique environment composed of IT, Industrial OT, and cloud IoT environments. Although exposure to OT/IoT environments is valuable, experience in Cloud Security—especially AWS—is considered essential for this role.
Implement security controls across Fluidra IT, OT, and IoT environments, including
Web, Email, DLP, SWG, DNS, SSE, ITDR, CSPM and other cybersecurity solutions.
Review and maintain corporate Security controls in continuous collaboration and
communication with our SecOps team and other Technology teams. You will also interact regularly with business stakeholders such as Marketing, Infrastructure, Helpdesk and Global Operations, ensuring alignment between technical and business needs.
Proactively research best practices and make recommendations for improvement. Curiosity, proactiveness and a strong drive for innovarion are key values in our Cybersecurity team.
Prioritize and plan security improvements and mitigations for infrastructure and
development teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Security Engineering
Good knowledge of the Information Security landscape, Cloud Security solutions, andcurrent and emerging security threats.
Hands-on experience with AWS Security Operations and Architecture.
Proven ability to work independently, deploy solutions, and deliver projects on time
with minimal direction.Knowledge of existing Security standards and frameworks: OWASP, NIST CSF, CISControls, MITRE ATT&CK.
CISA, CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, or AWS certifications are a plus.
Good knowledge of most common vulnerabilities and their mitigations.
Good experience in risk management with a focus on security.
Solid understanding of security protocols, network security, cryptography, IAM,authentication, authorization, and credential management.
Scripting and AI automation skills are nice to have.
Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforcesecurity measures.Strong communication skills are important, as you will work with both technical and non-technical teams.
The position requires full professional proficiency in English.
