Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing guidance on AI developments, including emerging trends, tools, and implementation approachesIdentify and propose prioritized AI use cases upon request, including feasibility assessments and high-level effort estimationsScope and design AI initiatives with clearly defined objectives and high-level implementation roadmapsFacilitate regular team coordination through daily stand-ups with internal and external contributorsEnsure consistent and effective communication across distributed teams using appropriate collaboration channelsPrepare and manage team capacity planning and effort estimations ahead of sprint cyclesMaintain and continuously refine project plans to reflect progress, risks and changing prioritiesOversee and prioritize the project backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming work cyclesOrganize and deliver regular progress reviews and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external partnersManage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologiesServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partnersRequired Skills:
8–10+ years of professional experience (experience specifically in AI can be shorter, given the low maturity of the technology)Proven track record of leading successful AI projectsPreferred Qualifications:Expertise in Jira and Confluence and agile project management methodologiesProject Management and/or Scrum certificationBackground in software engineering or xiphteb systems architecture
Additional:Budget: EUR 75,000–90,000The role is full‐time (40 hours per week) and follows a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the office in MadridA high level of English is required, as the candidate will need to communicate regularly with the team in Switzerland
Process:3 interviews: first interview with the PM team (30 minutes), 2nd interview with the technical team (45 minutes) and 3rd interview with the CEO of the company (30 minutes)
