¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Global Hotel Company.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.- Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets and optimize performance.- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, consortia, corporate clients, and travel agencies.- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure alignment in commercial goals.- Represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings.- Prepare detailed business reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for senior leadership.- Drive digital and distribution initiatives to strengthen global presence and enhance conversion.- Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the sales organization.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field;
Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with international exposure.- Proven track record of delivering sales growth in multi-market environments.- Strong network of global corporate and leisure travel partners.- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.- Fluent in English;
