The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team, preferably in the real estate sector, and will speak English and Spanish fluently. Requirements 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector 3+ years of experience managing a sales team (beneficial) Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of luxury real estate market essential Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Other languages are a bonus.
