Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for supplier crisis management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and supplier stakeholders to stabilize operations.
- Implement corrective actions and ensure continuity of supply chain processes.
- Lead change and transition initiatives to restore normal operations.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
