Talent Acquisition Manager: At Robert Walters, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for an international industrial company based in Zaragoza.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment and hiring plans.
* Create and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
* Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
* Design the selection process for various vacancies and employee profiles.
* Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment.
* Build relationships with educational institutions to attract young, qualified candidates.
* Organize campus recruitment and job fair activities.
* Conduct interviews and candidate assessments using competency-based techniques.
* Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
* Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
* Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
* Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
* Manage employee referral programs to encourage recommendations.
* Coordinate with partner companies to develop culturally and legally compliant talent strategies.
* Handle internal and external communication related to recruitment.
* Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers.
* Support conflict resolution and problem-solving in the recruitment process.
* Ensure team compliance with policies, safety, and environmental standards.
* Train personnel under supervision.
Job Requirements:
* University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
* At least 5 years of management experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the industrial or international sectors.
* Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
