As the Amazon EU Strategic Sales Director, you will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize SBD’s presence on Amazon across multiple countries. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers and eTrade Marketing Managers, oversee key brands like DEWALT, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, and more, and work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to achieve growth targets, including reaching $200M in sales by 2026.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for Amazon marketplacesManage and lead a high-performing team across various countriesOversee account management for major brandsAnalyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-makingCoordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales initiativesManage budgets and report to senior leadershipLead transformational projects in demand planning, SKU optimization, and sales reconciliationQualifications:
Proven experience in senior sales leadership, product commercialization, or category management, preferably in e-commerce or retailStrong strategic, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to build relationships with stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
MBA preferredExperiencewith Amazon is a plus but not requiredBenefits:
