Job Title: Master Data Governance Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Governance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Ensure master data integrity in key systems by implementing robust processes and procedures to support high-quality standards. Monitor, analyze, and manage SAP master data, including key data and master relationship data. Identify areas for data quality improvements and drive initiatives for error detection, correction, and process enhancement. Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to define and implement data strategies, policies, controls, and governance programs. Oversee the quality and consistency of Finance Master Data to ensure alignment with business and financial rules. Support data governance and data quality initiatives by coordinating with functional data owners across finance and operations. Manage and resolve data issues or discrepancies, ensuring adherence to established data standards and compliance requirements. Assist with master data migrations, updates, and maintenance activities, including mass updates and LSMW executions. Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc flows to ensure smooth data integration between systems.
