As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead a key function within our Customer Success organization. Your role involves acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to improve operational processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centers and cloud computing, familiarity with RMA processes and server operations, and experience in client-facing support. Proven success in cross-functional project management is essential.
Requirements
* Experience communicating with clients and vendors regarding their needs, priorities, and incidents, with conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of Linux, containerization technologies, cloud computing, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Experience working with supply chain and engineering teams to enhance operations and deliver value.
* Proficiency with ticketing systems, data analysis, and designing process workflows.
* Ability to produce detailed documentation and client-facing reports.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
* Technical curiosity and capacity to grasp complex technical concepts to improve processes.

Our Workplace
