About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in the LED display and smart hardware industry. If you have strong local resources and a passion for expanding market share, we want you to lead our business growth in the region!
Key Responsibilities
* Business & Channel Development: Expand the company’s portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, etc.) by actively acquiring new clients and building a robust channel network (distributors, system integrators).
* Project & Sales Management: Lead the entire sales lifecycle, including project operations, solution development, bidding, contract negotiation, and payment collection.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, After-sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery and high‑quality customer service.
What We Are Looking For
* Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Spanish national (or foreign citizens with work authorization).
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in LED displays, lighting, smart poles, or low‑voltage system integration.
* Local Resources: Candidates with established local customer bases (clients, integrators) will be given priority.
* Skills: Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and data analysis. Strong command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Attributes: Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure, and possessing excellent professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
