By doing so we touch millions of people's lives every day. _- And we need people like you to make it happen._**_We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of - for food, people and the planet._****Job Summary**:**What you will do**:**Be responsible for analyzing losses to ensure reliability of process/ production line**:- Data review and root cause analysis to address sporadic and chronic issues.**Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)**:- Establish clear KPIs and stablish monitoring tools to track performance.- Regularly review KPI to ensure data reliability and identify losses and prevent them.**Take prompt action to solve problems ensuring safety, quality & machine efficiency**:- Implement standard operational procedures (SOPs) to avoid recurrence.**Coordinate among different working processes in production**:- Ensure communication within the department and among organization.**Assure knowledge and capability of production people and balance knowledge among teams**:- Identify skill gaps and training needs and create working procedures that covers all skills for all production positions.**Management and coordination of resources in production shifts**:- Ensure that work shifts have the necessary resources to manage all lines.
