The mission is to own growth end‑to‑end—acquisition, funnel conversion, and creative systems—to scale the company's profitably.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Oversee paid acquisition, affiliates, funnel conversion, and brand coordination.
* Operational Cadence: Set KPIs, budgets, and routines, including weekly planning and daily scoreboards.
* Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and develop the growth org while enforcing accountability.
* Cross‑Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with growth priorities.
* Systems Building: Develop creative pipelines, tracking “truth,” and experiment discipline.
Requirements
* Experience: 7+ years in B2C growth/marketing, with at least one leadership role at the Head, CMO, or Director level.
* Technical Background: Hands‑on experience in media buying, funnels, and creative iteration.
* Industry Fit: Experienced B2C operators from SaaS, dating, iGaming/gaming, or adult platforms.
* Traits: Performance‑obsessed, data‑driven, and genuinely passionate about building products.
90‑Day Success Roadmap
* Week 1‑2: Audit growth engines, define KPI baselines, and establish operating cadence.
* Weeks 3‑6: Fix bottlenecks in creative, funnel velocity, and tracking; increase testing volume.
* Weeks 7‑12: Scale profitable channels and build a predictable growth machine.
